Monica not to be trusted
In 2022 we booked a COSTA CRUISE on the Meriterrainian Sea with MONICA FERREIRA of CRUISE MASTERS, for May 2022 and paid all our money to her. When we arrived at the port for boarding, we were put aside and told that our Costa money had not been paid over. In order to board, each of the 2 couples travelling had to pay R52000 UPFRONT, because Costa could not reach Monica. During and after the cruise we tried in vain to contact Monica, and were first told that she was ill, and we would be paid later. That contact and promises dissapeared later. In this past week her email adress comes back as not delivered: *** and *** This leaves us still out of pocket with R52000 each owed to us. Dont do business with this ********* businesswomen if you value your hard-earned money. As the saying says: PAY BACK THE MONEY
