Cruise misinformation

Beware when booking a cruise especially when it includes various "sweeteners" ie. our 10 night cruise (6 adults) price included 2 nights "speciality dining" at the restaurants on board. When attempting to utilise same we were informed this was lunch only and a very limited menu offered? When enquiring with our Cruise Direct agent while on board she insisted she was right. The cruise staff said they were wrong and had misled us. Just leaves a sour taste on an experience that would otherwise have been perfect.
