R6K to fix damage done by CRS Performance / Koni SA

I sent my car in for a shock rebuild. Told control arm bushes were worn. gave go ahead to replace. On way home, car wondering all over, but was told wheel alignment was required. No improvement after alignment. Turns out CRS cross threaded a bolt, and it snapped. Wishbone was only being held by one secure bolt. The bolt cross threaded only part of the way in, so their techs would have known it was not right, but sent me away anyway. VW charged R6K to fix this.
