Refund due for almost a year

We paid a lumpsum in January 2023 for my daughter's fees for 2023. The amount paid included school fees, locker fee, cafeteria and textbook fees (which they wanted back at the end of the year). My daughter started complaining about the cafeteria food within the first few days of it's opening. I asked her to give it some time since it's their first time doing this, maybe it will get better.

By the beginning of February 2023 she didn't want to eat there anymore. The biggest issue was that the older kids would get what ever was left after the smaller kids have eaten. Which didn't make sense because we were paying the same amount. We canceled the cafeteria service wef 28 February 2023. They accepted the cancelation but to-date we are still struggling to get the R6 000 refund. It's almost a year now trying to get this refund but they couldn't care less. Numerous emails have been written but nothing. They promise to refund but never do.

They say it's a Christian school and uphold the values of Christianity but they are dishonest with people's money.

We will continue fighting this until they do what is right.
