New pens that do not work fresh out the packet

Good day.

Today I bought a packet of Croxley create fineliners, 10 pack, at a Spar in Witbank.

Very excited to see how they write, I made little scribbles with each colour. The black does not work.

I phoned Spar, and I am not allowed to return it as I have opened it.

So I basically wasted money.

I am very unhappy about this.

Please urgently get back to me on how this can be resolved. I really don’t think it’s fair to me as a customer to buy things that I must throw away the minute it’s been opened.
