Empty promises

On the 14th of August I complaint about the poor quality Croxley filing sleeves here on Hello Peter. About a week later someone from their company contacted me and promised to have it replaced and delivered to my house. It has now been 3 months later and nothing has been delivered. I'm quite disappointed in them and would just like to inform them how I feel. Thank you to Hello Peter for trying to solve the previous issue.<br> <br> Regards
