The process of ordering and installing a tombstone was plagued by repeated errors, poor planning, missed commitments, and lack of communication. On one occasion, I was left waiting at the cemetery while the team went to collect materials, and the work was still not completed that day—showing clear disorganization.

The installation was initially scheduled for 02 March 2026 but, after repeated rescheduling, which also affected a planned ceremony, it was only completed on 24 March 2026.

Unfortunately, the final product is just as disappointing. The tombstone is poorly finished, untidy, and of low workmanship quality. I was also charged an additional R2000 for a specific foundation, which was not completed as requested. Attempts to resolve these issues have failed, as the company refuses to take accountability.

I strongly advise others to consider alternatives.
