Prejudice

<p>Good Day</p> <p>We went for lunch at Crown Restaurant wine bar on the Meerendal Wine Estate. We arrived 13h15 and we placed our order around 13h30. The kids were playing outside and I enquired (asked 3 ppl)as to how long our food will take. I noticed that a group of ppl that arrived after us had already received their order. Our order came around 3pm and my order was incorrect and I asked for the manager. I was told that the kitchen was busy and alot of different excuses were mentioned. The manager apologized and asked to take our details however he never took our details to take this matter further. To cut a long story short we felt that we were discrimated against and that the staff was being prejudice towards us. Also I felt that the apologies and sorry's was not sincere as no one offered to make our stay a more pleasant one.</p>
