Offered R 5k for R 80 k goods negligently damaged

I relocated from the Middle East (Bahrain) to SA in late 2013 using Crown Relocations. The goods shipped at a hefty R 160 000 (40ft container) arrived in SA in Jan 2014. Crown contacted me to arrange delivery, but failed to arrive on the prearranged date and eventually arrived 2 days later. It had taken 4 days and twice as many men to pack the goods, but 6 guys hastily carried the goods in, in less than half a day. I paid extra for unpacking, but simply had boxes emptied out onto my floors, more often than not in the wrong rooms. A no of items were badly damaged & 8 boxes simply didn't arrive. I contacted Johan Wessels in SA and his counterpart in Bahrain. I was shunted from pillar to post and eventually, in what appeared an attempt to abscond from their responsibility in the negligent loss, was told to lodge an insurance claim. I was messed around by D Bathgate of Their UK insurance for more than a year, only to be offered a settlement of R 5000 for R 80 000 losses. It appears that someone at Crown had manufactured values against my goods in order to have grounds to repudiate 90 % of my claim. I was also attacked on social media by Crown's Joanna Murphey for giving a bad review
