Where is the prize that I won Six Gun Grill?

Six Gun Grill ran a competition on their Facebook page and I entered. On 2 August 2024 I was announced as the winner and was sent a DM by their team to provide my details. I sent them my details but haven't received my prize yet. I sent a follow up message a monnth later to enquire and I received an automatically message. I sent another message under the competition post but it was ignored. I haven't had any feedback or communication from their side regarding the competition or my prize. Feeling disappointed and let down.
