Pathetic service from the receptionist who turn out to be our waiter

It was the 15 December 2020 when we at the crown hotel in ladysmith we approached the receptionist and informed him that we are here to eat not sleeping the guys bush his head and lead us through our table we ordered starters and main course we waited one hour food starters not even drinks served, after an hour they provided us with starters only no drinks but we ordered them , we waited and waited cause they were not even checking if we good or anything we need by that time, we approached a lady who work there as well for water to wash hands or wipes like how can one eat without wiping hands through this pandemic covid, worse the guys was not even wearing name badge for that matter so we did know who was serving us beside that he was receptionist for the day and waiter we felt so unwelcome and hygiene protocols are not followed if only receptionist was more friendly cause that were warm welcome suppose to start. Very very disappointed for the hotel
