Use the factory store, they make less mistakes and you won’t have to deal with the ********** accounts system

A great accounting system is useless if you have idiots using it. I opened an account and tried to use the service with 3 orders, only to have the order stuffed up every time. I am fully paid up and should have a credit from over payment, yet i constantly get emails to automatically update their system about an outstanding payment that has been resolved a long time ago. Francina has already confirmed my credit with Crown of R180.09. Try and find any contact details publicly to complain, this is one of those companies that try their hardest to keep people away from contacting them. Their is no accountability for any of their staff. You have to contact the person that you are trying to complain about to try and get the details of their superior to complain to, Their superior is also so bad that you try and complain about them, yet all accountability just evaporates into the ether the higher you go.
