Awfully unprofessional and pestered a bride while on honeymoon!

This florist based in Cape Town did the flowers for my wedding. On the day of my wedding, the wind was pumping and there was torrential rain. This unfortunately caused two of the smaller concrete vases to be swept from their pedestals and smash on the ground. The day after my wedding, a company employee arrives at the venue to collect the vases and upon one of my brides****s letting her know that two vases broke, she was so rude, impatient and stormed off. This was all while the bridal party was having breakfast the morning after the wedding, so everyone could hear this interaction! Completely unprofessional, as I was of course going to pay for the breakages and the employee was told this.

Following this, the business owner proceeded to pester me while I was on honeymoon the week after my wedding and was again very rude and not understanding at all that the vases breaking was an accident and that I would pay. The whole interaction left me with a sour taste. I then got my wedding photos back and I saw that in some of the photos of the flowers, that blooms were bruised, torn and the flowers were not the best quality- yet I was charged top-end Cape Town prices!

Overall, I recommend brides use another florist and stay away from Crown Floral Studios.
