Neal Mandy - Wolf in sheep's clothing

Neal Mandy was my mother's financial adviser who we discovered was not only dishonest but a ****. One of the things he did, was not provide the necessary documents to the financial institution when he set up her account. Had he done so, he would not have been allowed to manage her funds and take the fees he paid himself over the years. He also disclosed her financial affairs to third parties without permission and colluded with them to take control of her investments. If this site offered negative stars, he wouldn't even get that.
