Laybye at crossover

Hellopeter. I made laybye at crossover wonderpark on 25 March 2022.on 14 April 2022 I went there afternoon to exchange or refund if possible hence i no longer interested,they told me they're closing I must come back. On 15 was Goodfriday I didn't go thought they won't open and is holiday.when I go there again they told me my laybye past 21 days is either I continue or my money forfeite. One thing I realized is that they sow that my slip got 1 day left to reach that deadline so that they won't return or change my goods. So guys what to fo now ...?
