UNPROFESSIONAL SENIOR MANAGEMENT

One of Crossmoore transposrts trucks (just the horse) was traveling on the N3, just past the Van Buuren off ramp, at at least a 100km per hour, and i just happened to be behind this truck. Low and behold, it shoots up a stone that damaged my windscreen. I then contacted the company, to find out who will be responsible for the damage because their vehicle did not have the flaps at the back wheels, just to be insulted by the "Bulk Insurance" department head, who claims that the before mentioned was an act of God? To this individual, there is something called "preventative" measures, which whoever is in charge of your fleet are oblivious to, thus endangering and costing the public in the process. As the head of the "insurance department" YOU should be the individual that brings the before said to their attention, or is it just dereliction of duty? I will give this matter over to our insurance company with all the details of this company so that they can deal with them. Think twice about doing business with this company because if this is how they treat a stranger, then i can only imagine what they will do with a client that would want to claim?
