Crossing drilling complain

This company they undermine people and its how they operate i need them to come and do the right thing because i paid them they are the one whp supposrd to certified me as a customer to them but they dont i am struggling i dont have water but i paid lot of money to them they mudt come and check the right spot for drilling or they must Refund me so that other Business can Assist me please they took my R34000.00 i want it back because they did not give me the servce instead they give me bad service i am so hearted please assist me
