Crossing Drilling bad service Compain.

I am so dissappointed i did call this company for boerhole drilling the name of the company is Crossing Drilling it was 2014 when they did the drilling for me so this people they did not check the right spot the name of the person who did that it wa Hendri so the water they get there i cant even fill 3 bucket he said to me when i get money i must call them again they will come and drill again.on the 24september 2020 they came agai for the second time they did deep drilling i paid another money all in all the money that i paid is R34000.00.but still i dont have water they Refuse to assist me i phone requesting the owner and i spoken to ERIKA she refused to give me the number for his boss or to speak to him she said to me they told me there is no water there i need to go down again my problem is its their duty to check the right spot before they did drilling so i paid lot of money to this company but i am still struggling about water i need to be assisted this company they must come and do the right thing because i did give them lot of money but i receive bad service that lady ERIKA she is making me fool she doesn't even want to listen to me because they took my money they dont care i said to her its how they treat their clients i am so hearted i cant even sleep i spend R34000.00 for bad service 2014 i paid R20.000 and 24/09/2020i paid R14000.00.according to ERICA its nothing because she said i must go deeper can someone assist me please i need this people to come and do the right thing for me because i paid them Hendri is the one also who did this by not checking the right spot please assist me
