Rancid mayonnaise from brand new

I bought 2 jars of your tangy mayonnaise and both are rancid from new. Both packed on the same day 5 min apart according to the best before and packed date. I am very upset and I have been using your mayonnaise for as long as I can remember. You will never see me again with any of your products
