You guys can do better.

On Sunday online I bought shoes to the value of R1.6k. I entered my shipping and billing address thinking since it's written "Free for orders over R750" and I included my address, taking that 3 - 5 working days my parcel will be home. I received a call from this lady, I must say she was rude and did not explain what was going on. I'm disappointed in the fact that I received no communication about my order, it's progress and all what's going on with it. She tells me they can't deliver but since I picked up a pick up point, that's where I need to collect my parcel. Knowing how online shopping is like, no matter the product, orders over a certain amount received free delivery (to your home) but not Cross Trainer which makes me think twice about supporting them again. Imagine paying so much for the product then again for me to go and fetch the parcel myself again. She told me that me asking about the delivery is not what she had called for, she called me to tell me about my order being shipped by Pargo nothing else, I realized from that phrase that the service is worse. Pargo from my knowledge today is a shipping company for click N collect with certain pick up points across South Africa. I would like to tell Cross Trainer and Pargo to better their service with customers. If someone purchased something to a certain value, there should be free delivery not you going to pick it up again. That's costly. What was the reason for them to ask for my shipping and billing address if they operate via a click N collect relationship? If only Cross Trainer and Pargo can fix that, it will be a #Win #Win for us customers and them. It feels unfair.

It's not an "inconvenience". It's just wrong according to my knowledge in retail. Orders over a certain amount should get free delivery. Some retailers even go from as little as R359 to 450 earns you a free delivery, with you guys, one needs to collect it, it's very much unfair because not only I spent on the product but I still have to spend money to pick it up. Then your rude callers, totally wrong.
