X KIDS GALLERIA

X kids Amanzimtoti is the company under Cross Trainer. I had the worst experience with the manager ZANELE Dlamini and Staff MALUSI MATOMANE. They did not explain their legacy Store policy prior to me paying and I am aware of the policy as I buy from cross trainer and x kids elsewhere. I always receive points on any item bought from these stores but I was told at X KIDS GALLERIA that they cannot give points for Air force and motorsport items. This was the first time I heard of this as I receive points in other stores. ZANELE the manager stood there without explaining this prior to me purchasing items but she was quick to do so once I swipped my card. In this way I could not refund items due to their policy. I was told that nationwide all X KIDS are not following the policy but they are. I will never recommend X kids to anyone and if you do plan on Going to the store, please be wary of the bad service.
