Worst service received!

Bought sneakers online on the 19 December 2023 for christmas, order was accepted and i received an update from pargo that my parcel is on the way.. Cross trainer sent me a message a day before Christmas that the sneaker is actually not available.. im very annoyed and dissapointed that i promised my son his sneaker and it took them days to notice they dont have the shoe.. as i review now i still haven't received my shoes and also no refund and its the 17th January and they do t even care to give a call or give a better solution.. never again will i buy from.them and i will tell everyone i know about my experience..
