Worst service ever

<p>Today went to xtrainer carlton center yo exchange sneakers for a bigger size was told they dont have i should go to small street, got to small was told they never had these sneakers they will check on the system amd i was told they no longer have in jabulani mall and when i asked whay i should do. They told me i dont even have a reciept they will not give me a gft card or a refund as they dont do it and when i asked to speak to a supervisor they called him and he said he was busy and was told to go to him up stairs where i found jabu/njabulo sitting with his lap top and asked the lady yo take me back to carlton centre, was so ****ed i left the shop, i dont want anything no more just my money</p>
