worst service

I have received the worst service ever from cross trainers we wanted to do an exchange but none of the shops have sizes and or even know how to treat customers, firstly you don't refund but you have nothing in your shop. I went to Westgate yesterday this guy tells me he is the manager ,and he will give me a gift card so I can purchase else where it mean really its my money and what doesn't refund its not even a month upon purchasing I will never refer any one they rude and everyone is the manager when I asked for my gift card the guy at Westgate that said he is the manager then didn't want to approach me and he confirmed he can give me a gift card, another lady comes and says she is the manager and they only have one gift card and they cant give it to me its already used ,I am disgusted s I work with clients everyday and would never treat people like that ,never again will I purchase form your shop and I will tell everyone I come across to never purchase anything from cross trainers you have the most *********** people working in your branches and everyone is managers but yet they know nothing and do not know how to treat clients ,worst service ever
