WORSE SERVICE EVER FROM YOUR STORE IN JABULANI MALL

<p>I don’t even know where to started I’m very angry and disappointed in their service in my whole entire life I have never received such poor service I l fitted a Nike air force size4 then lay buyed it in August last week Tuesday I went into the store to collect my takkie all to find out they lay buyed size 6.5 when I requested a refund me my money they refused yet the problem was on their side I gave them a chance to look for the right size in other stores still they took their I’m going for our Christmas party on Friday I do not have shoes to wear now they saying I should look for something else or take a voucher I requested to speak to the store manager a one of the ladies said she is the manager yet she is not again she gave me attitude what makes me so angry is I fitted this shoe it was the last size they all remember me in store now they giving me stories .................I am really angry and I will fight till I get my money back or get the right shoe size before Friday if needs to be I will fight the shop in court..WHAT KIND OF A SHOP IS THIS</p>
