Worn shoe that they refuse to take back and refund me my money
Xtrend Sandton sold me a worn reebok and they are giving me issues when I try to return it. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done. I want a refund, I was going to exchange for a different shoe but their customer service is absolutely horrible.
