Will never see us again!
<p>Sales lady (Alexa) gave us a priceof R299 on a bag. We wanted to buy three bags. At the till, the price was R360. The sales lady had a don't care attitude, so the manager was called. The manager (Rejoice) also showed a don't care attitude. We walked out without buying anything and will not be walking into the store again. Pathetic service for just trying to query price. It's a case where the staff run the place anyway they see fit and the customer is always wrong!</p> <p>No wonder I see so many HelloPeter negative reports on The Cross Trainer.</p>

Please find our sincere apology on your shopping experiance in our store at the Vaalmall ,it is with great disbelief that our staff treated you in this regard in the presence of a manager as the price you see is the price you pay .
Our policy is very clear if we make a mistake during pricing of the item and the customer sees the price it is unfornately our staffs fault and thefor the customer cannot take the responsibility hangs the customers will charged with least price .
Please note you may visit the store at a time convinieint to you I will make sure that the staff only charge for the price you saw .
