Weird Pollicies
It is my brothers birthday today so I went to buy New Era Cap at the V & A Waterfront. I gave the present to my brother this morning and found out that it did not fit him, so I called the store to see if I could exchange it for a bigger size and they told me they do not allow exchange? What kind of store doesn't allow exchange for a merchandise that was bought a day ago??? What will happen to all the customers that buy the wrong size? It's not like the caps are cheap or anything? Spending over R500 and you can't get an exchange? I will be honest with you I feel like its a waste of money now because no one car wear the cap now... Very disappointed...
