want a refund!!

I want a refund from cross trainer.bought sneakers from them but I was given incorrect sizes.tried to exchange them only to find out the sizes are rise per size,now I am stuck with sneakers my kids were supposed to wear in December.I had to take out money to buy proper stuff.<br> I want a refund from your Maponya mall branch please<br> I can't be paying for your stuff incompetence and for the record,this is my second hello Peter complaint.<br> I complained in December nothing was done.<br> I dnt want these takkies anymore.
