Very bad service... selling ****

I bought FILA leggin with cross trainer Vereeniging in November i dont wear it that much i haven't washed it yet to my suprise on Saturday Where its written label its started to crack i immediately show them in-store they call area manager Rejoice Sithole she couldn't help me I spoke with headoffice through facebook they said they will speak with area manager which am still waiting even now. I dont knw what am going to do with it its like am wearing **** of R500 imagine after washing it how it's going to be my advise to you people stop buying from cross trainer because if its faulty they will refuse to take it they are selling **** am very disappointed my money went to drain just like that they didnt even bother to speak with the supplier
