Very bad customer service and *******ion

Very bad customer service and *******ion. I got up 5 am to be at the store at 5.30. Waited 30min for the mall to open. I was the 3rd customer. The manager told me he bought the size 8 for him. For 2.5 hours for staff to buy for themselves. It's ridiculous. If you want to compete with big boys like the sportscene`s, clean your house and stop *******ion and colluding.
