Very angry customer

My sin was purchasing from you people.

Please beware of these people they are quick to take your money but too slow to fix their fault. I purchase a pair of sneakers online exactly a month ago and the shoes arrived but it was the wrong size, The box was my size but the shoe were a size smaller. Then reported it and they said i shoes return it to the nearest branch notice they didn't send the courier to fetch it because I have no relation with them. I did that and I was told I'll have my shoes in a few days.

Notice the first delivery I got an sms that they are coming and also got a call to come outside. This time around I'm not home I just received an sms that my parcel was dropped and someone signed for it. I immidiately called them and they told me to call the courier which I did 10 minutes later and I was told yes the parcel was signed for by Thato. I rent where I stay and I don't know people but when I got there and I asked I was told the guy lives nextdoor and I went but He denied it. Courier guy comes the next day and the guy still denies the shoes and I've been back and forth in emails with Berry and the lady called Catherine who just tells me their hands are tied because someone received the parcel. I asked how is that my fault l and do I have to be mixed in their incompetencies with their their courier. Until today I have to beg for the shoes I paid for
