USELESS ******!! SELLING **** PRODUCT AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY : THE CROSS TRAINER

@The Cross Trainer. I purchased a pair of Nike Sneakers from their Store in Rosebank The pair was bought late December and late in May I gave my Sneakers a first Wash and the Vinyl on both sneakers peeled off and now their head office claims that it is not a Factory Fault, in fact, they claim the Sneakers where Exposed to high heat, whatever that even means. I have several designers shoes I have purchased from other Stores and this has never happened before. Some of which I washed together with this Pair.

To make matters worse they refuse to refund me or give me a replacement pair even the Sneaker in question has not been returned to me. At this point, my money spent on the sneaker is not even considered. I hardly even had the opportunity to enjoy my purchase, rather a lot of disappointment. KINDLY GIVE ME BACK MY **** SNEAKERS THAT I BOUGHT FROM YOU OR REFUND MY MONEY!!!!
