Unstiched Jordans

I recently bought a pair of new Jordans for my son from cross trainer at Jabulani Mall. My son wore the shoes for a day and i noticed the stitching of the shoe wasn't done properly .id returned to the store for repairs, I didn't want my money back nor did I request new shoes. I went back to the store after a few weeks and the staff told me that the repairs, Ziyaad, said there is nothing wrong with the shoes. The head office didn't even call to inform me professionally.
