Unprofessional HR with worse company to work for

Unprofessional HR department

I am so disappointed by the level of professionalism in this company. My brother who was permanently employed by Cross Trainer fell seriously sick on the 23 November 2019. We took him to a Dr and was told he has an appendix that was about rapture he needs an immediate's operation. We then took his to Thelle mogoerane hospital since the company does not offer medical aid. He underwent two operations because the appendix had ruptured, we kept the company updated throughout everything until he was discharged in December but was still going into the hospital every two days for his wound dressing. We had to send sick notes every time before he was paid. End of December Melcah from the HR department said his sick leave will be finished and he will need to come and sign some form for UIF claim and said he will be taken off their system. My brother sent an email on the 29th of January asking when he should come through but no response until to date and every time we call, they are forever busy or not around with their rude reception. He decided not to go back to work due their do not care attitude. His payslip is showing some provident fund deduction and they dont care whether he gets or not life continues for them
