Unhappy Client

I purchased a pair of Nike Soccer Boots from Sandton City Cross Trainer. After using it for the first time, the cotton on the boots has started opening. I have tried endlessly to get a replacement shoe or a refund with no success. I do not expect to pay R1600 for shoes which start opening after the first use especially since they are made specifically for playing soccer. I have been told it's wear and tear. Had I been playing with the boots for a year, wear and tear would be plausible. Completely dissatisfied customer! Be weary of retailers who are quick to make a sale, yet cannot follow through with good after sales service!
