Unfair business practice

I am extremely disappointed by the service I received today, when I went to buy shoes. The store didn't have the size I wanted and they searched for it at other stores. However, they **** to me by claiming to have found the tight size at Jubilee mall in hammanskraal. They asked me to pay for a size 13,5 and assured me that the size I wanted was available at Jubilee. When I arrived at Jubilee store I was told that they have told the person who sold the shoes to me that they didn't have the size I wanted. I drove more than 50 km in a heavy traffic for nothing. I lost my time and fuel for nothing. The sales person only cared about increasing his sales profile through unfair business practice. They have a non refundable policy for anything you purchase at their store. I want my money back and compensation for time lost and risk of driving in a heavy traffic for nothing.
