unacceptable service

<p>I'm very unhappy with the service I received yesterday from mall of Africa cross trainer. I was assisted by a lady and a guy. I went there to exchange and they both told me that they won't be able to help because I bought the clothes from the Glen and therefore I have to go to the Glen to change the clothes. Because it is on mark down. Which to me doesn't make sense, it's an inconvenience because I don't get time during the week and now I must drive all the way from Roodepoort to the Glen just to change two items. Or maybe each shop it's using its own system which it's highly impossible, they should have a work around of some sort to assist people. This is totally unacceptable.</p>
