Unacceptable customer service

<p>I bought a pair of Adidas trainers at Cross Trainer Eastrand Mall on Thursday the 8th of June and when I got home and tried them on I realised that they were too small. I returned to the Carnval Mall store and I was told the Cross Trainer have a no refund policy. The people in the store tried to help as best they could to try and locate the pair of shoes in the correct size but none of the other stores have a size 12. </p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to an area manager at Cross Trainer head office and was told that he would see what he could do for me. I was called by the store manager on Friday afternoon asking me come into the store to try on a pair of Nikes as they cannot get a pair of size 12 in the Adidas. I went into the store this morning and tried the Nikes on and I was not happy.</p> <p> </p> <p>If a company cannot give me what I am looking for then I think it is only fair that I get a refund so that I can buy the product that I want for another retail store.</p>
