Torn shoes

I bought shoes at X Kids at East rand mall that cost R1200 they were torn out so badly so when i complained they told me to bring a slip of which I don't have,the store refused to help me the guy by the name of JB Nhlapho he was so rude from Headoffice he said to me if I don't bring the receipt I can do whatever I want he doesn't care he hang up on me.those shoes I bought them between May and June 2019.
