They rip customer off

My nephew bought shoes for my dad I need to take the shoes tomorrow however I had to go exchange the shoes as is not suitable for my dad since he has stroke I need a softer shoe . I WAS TOLD THEY CANT give me a gift card to buy from other shops only to thier specific cross trainers....i cant find a shoes suitable in their shop.they now forcing me to go to forest hill or sandton.I refuse to accept that because I chose to buy shoes in fourways close to my place of work.adding on top of the money I have already paid is not an option.They told my son he can get a gift card for exchange and under the impression that the gift card can be used to other shops too.I wasted my money calling their regional and national managers. IF THEY DONT HAVE A SHOE I want then i want my money dont care about their terms and conditions.to me they mean nothing..I will never buy from them again and will spread the word on hello peter ..radio 702 and tweeter too. SIPHO AND GILBERT BOTH COULD NOT ASSIST
