THEY ****MED ME MY MONEY!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE, THEY ARE ****MERS!!! I bet their in-store service is exactly the same, HORRIBLE, which is actually an understatement, I’m yet to find the words to describe how ********** the service from this store is.

I ordered online on the 29/05/2023, they said they’ll deliver in 3-4 days and they never delivered , now they’re refusing to refund me. My biggest regret is purchasing at this store when I’ve never before, I don’t know what got into me but if they were to be the only store that sells shoes in this world, I’d choose working barefoot for the rest of my life than buy from them.

They do not communicate, I’ve sent them numerous emails, from asking them nicely and being patient to shouting at them but they are just not intending to give me my money, maybe they think it fell of a tree.

One day they told me my refund has been authorised the next day I’m told the CEO is the one who approves and signs for refunds and that he was on leave so he couldn’t sign and approve 😂 Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard to be honest because who doesn’t have a second in charge in this day and age. Then they come back to tell me that the CEO has declined my refund because of other clients who returned goods that are not in a good condition, HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM!? I want my money!

I even had to report them to the ombudsman now I’m going to open an SAPS case, imagine the things I have to resort to for getting a simple refund.
