the disapointment
i was at cross trainer in Pretoria cbd and found a pair of sneakers on sale and the tag on them said R699.99 and when i got to the till to lay buy them they told me the price has changed and they were now R799.99 and the lady at the till was not willing to correct that as if it was my fault that the price of the sneaker was not corrected according to the price change and i think that in its own is really not right and dont think i need to express myself further because what happened explains itself well.

Please find our sincere apology on the shopping experience you had in one of our Pretoria CBD stores.The price the customer sees is the price that the customers must pay hangs out bar codes describes the product so that even if someone can move it around it is still valid to the correct item.
It was rather unprofessional for our staff to make you pay more for the item you saw at a lessor price .In order for us to investigate the matter further as we have two stores in Pretoria CBD one in Sammymarks and one in Church Str ,we will appreciate your assistance in tracking which of the two stores has acted in this manner .
