The cross Trainer worse service ever by manager akhona and regional manager Daniel

I Bought a takkie at the cross trainer in canalwalk, so unhappy with there service and quality of the Nike I bought, I've never ever experienced a Nike stitching coming loose before, however this takkie I bought R1600 wore it once and the stitches was coming loose, my husband took it back to the store and the manager and regional manager akhona and Daniel refuse to exchange the take saying it was the way I walk, how can the outside nice sign on a airforce 1 be the way I walk please explain that, I've bought so many air force 1 before and never experienced this problem before the takkie is still new, this so so unacceptable and I'll never buy and there store again, and definitely would not recommend anyone buying there again the quality of there stuff his cheap aswell and the staff and managers and unhelpful... I hope the managers of this store read this and get back to me
