terrible online service

Worst online service ever experienced. Cannot understand why companies bother having online platforms if they cannot manage it.

bought item online was told a week later its out of stock, asked for refund. No one is assisting. To date no refund was processed, no communication. Please consumers do read the hello peter reviews. Buying something that you think is cheap and it never arrives , you are far better off just going to the shops and getting something off the shelf or buying from someone with a reputable review
