Terrible Customer Service

Ordered an item on the 30th of June using Payflex and canceled the order on the same day but I'm yet to receive my refund, when you call head office to follow they say refunds are on hold and Nomalanga Sikhosana is beyond rude,Payflex should reconsider having them as one of their merchants.
