Take your money no stock no refund!!!!

<p>We went to Cross Trainer in Galleria in Amanzimtoti. Bought my daughter a pair of adidas tekkies a size too big. When we tried to exchange it they dont have stock and no refunds allowed. We are from johannesburg and cant wait for them to get stock. Their attitude is shocking and dont care. They even say to go onto hellopeter they dont care. As per the consumer act it is ******* not to refund their money back. If you want to go to the least helpful and unfriendly store this is it!! They make out they doing us a favour but what they dont realise they need us as the customer!!</p> <p>Offering a child a christmas present she does not want as they dont have stock. How do you explain this to a child??</p> <p> </p>
