Still no response
There is no sense of any customer service. Just reply on this portal with no action!!! <br> How long does an investigation take!<br> Its been two weeks and yet no response. is this a full on FBI investigation.<br> Is this how all staff at cross trainer get trained! <br> A response with actions will be much appreciated!!!

Hi Bob,
Once more my apology for not getting back to you sooner in person as I had referred the matter to AM responsible to that store ,but I take full accountability for not following up and make sure that the matter was dealt with to your satisfaction .
We are unfortunately unable to get exactly the same silhouette in a UK 7 only in different colours I.e in Black ,Grey and White in leather not nubuck, and so forth however we are expecting new styles for August month and can send you pictures and you can give guidence if you are willing to wait and see this styles or advise of a solution that will please you as a customer.
