So Much for Consumer Protection Act

I have had the worst experience with Cross Trainer as I have tried my best to resolve the issue with the damaged Nike Sandal that i have bought for my son and I have been **** to by Mr J P Nhlapo himself he is not a man of his word has he promised to get the sandal evaluated by a third party and contact me with the out come and nearly two months later he did not even have the decency to contact me with feedback only for me to call for two weeks before you can a hold of him as he is always in training sessions no doubt training on how to rip hard working people of there money. I eventually went into the store to find out that the sandal had not left the store as mentioned Mr J P what a load of ****. I will not highly recommend that people read and understand that Cross Trainer is not following The CPA as app**** by the Government with the exchange policy. They will give you the run around and then just has your money spent with them means nothing they will tell you you can go get lost.
