Shocking service from head office

These guys have really given me the run around. I bought a a suede shoe cleaner from one of their stores and it has caused my shoe to fade when i used it as prescribed. i called Vikash and Joseph from the cross trainer head office to complain and return the product. willing to try and take my shoes to get them fixed now at my own costs. all they do is push me around and make empty promises of coming back to me.... will never stop at your stores again!!!
